How to get a Florida Non-Resident Concealed Carry Permit

All that’s needed to get a Florida non-resident concealed carry permit is a certificate of completion from a CCW class with live fire, a fingerprint card, a Florida CCW application, and the applicable fee. Florida has up to 90 days to approve or deny an application.

The first step is to request a Florida fingerprint card which they’ll mail for free. You’ll need to schedule an appointment at your local law enforcement office to have them take your fingerprints (it must be done at or by a law enforcement agency).
