Mom’s Group CCW

This class is for group AL10.  If you have not received an invitation to attend but think you should have, please contact us. Attendees will be checked against the list of invites.

This class will qualify you for your Wisconsin concealed carry permit that is valid in 33 states.  If you choose to do live fire qualification with me at a later date, it will also qualify you for your Florida and Minnesota permits.  We’ll cover more during the class.

You do not need to bring (or even own) a gun to attend.  In fact, we’ll be disuccsing some things to think about when you decide which gun to buy.  We welcome kids and teens as well; it’s never too early to learn gun safety.

The cost of the course should be around $10 per person, depending on how many attend; we’ll be splitting the cost of the room rental among all attendees.  My instructional services are provided free of charge for this group.

This four hour class includes the following modules:

Module 1: Intro to Handguns

The first session in our Protector series, this session (Module 1: Intro to Handguns/Pistol Basics) will give you the information and skills you’ll need to choose the right handgun for yourself, learn how to handle it safely, and things you can do to practice your shooting skills. Whether you’ve already purchased your handgun or are just thinking about this, this session will help prepare you for your entry into the world of responsible gun ownership and start you on the path to becoming a protector.

Module 2: Concealed Carry (WI Permit)
The second session in our Protector series, this session builds on Module 1: Intro to Handguns/Pistol Basics. In addition to qualifying attendees for their Wisconsin concealed carry permit, this session introduces attendees to the legal, moral, and ethical issues surrounding carrying concealed and using a weapon in self defense.
