Revolver vs. Semi-Auto for Self Defense

There are only two types of handguns to choose from for your CCW; revolver and semi-auto. Both come in many different shapes, sizes, and calibers. The one you choose boils down to personal preference. Let’s take a look at the differences for a revolver vs. semi-auto for self defense.

There are three main differences between the two; ammo capacity, close-contact use, and ease of use. You should choose the type of pistol that that makes the most sense for you based on your experience, potential uses, and physical characteristics.

But before we get to that, let’s talk about some of the other differences.
